Visitor parking

Guests are permitted to stay a maximum of 3 consecutive days and no more than 15 days in a calendar year, per the terms of your Tenancy Agreement. Overnight guests that will be parking in a Visitor Parking space will need to contact the courtesy patrol company and have their vehicle registered. Or fill out the form below. Vehicles not registered or not following parking regulations are subject to tow at owners expense.
